It was shipped as soon as I ordered it and said it would be here July 3rd and I received it June 20th. I have an occasional problem with typing the same letter over and over but that's because I have a heavy hand I think.... It's awesome! The previous review mentioned this but blamed it on his hand...I think it is a fault with the design. I had to return it because as an secretary at my college's honors society, I will rely on whichever keyboard I get to type quickly and efficiently.
